Getting paid: payouts and when money is released

Add a bank account under Rates & payouts. We verify the account name first and store only the account name, bank and last four digits. Then:

• Sessions: paid 24 hours after the session ends.
• Subscriptions and gifts: released after 7 days.
• Physical store orders: released when the buyer confirms delivery, or 7 days after you mark it delivered if they say nothing.
• Digital downloads: after a 7-day dispute window.
• Ad share: monthly, after review (see Ads and ad share).
• Event tickets: after the event ends and a 24-hour window for problems (see Paid event tickets).
• Gifts to a community: held for a day, then paid on the next payout run (see Giving to a community).
• Referral and affiliate earnings: after 7 days (14 for delivered shop items), as cash or as NotesApp Credit (see Referrals and affiliates).
