As soon as you've finished every lesson, a Get your certificate button appears on the course page. Check your name, pay, and it's issued straight away with its own ID and QR code. You'll find it again on the course page.

On a paid course it's usually included in the price: the course page says so. On a free course, the certificate costs ₦999 (#NotesApp's part) plus the teacher's own margin; you see the total before you pay, by card or from your NotesApp Credit wallet. Claim it within 7 days of finishing: after that a late claim fee of 1% of the price is added each week, up to 50% more.

Yes. Anyone can scan its QR code, or enter its ID (NA-C-…) at notesapp.name.ng/certificates, and see that it's genuine. You can add it to your LinkedIn profile, share it, or save it as a PDF.

Some do: the teacher decides. Choose one answer for each question and tap Submit answers. It's marked straight away, and you see your score, whether you passed, the right answer to each question and the teacher's explanation. Didn't pass? Try again as often as you like. A quiz counts as done once you pass it, and you need every lesson done for your certificate.

Check the spelling before you pay: once it's issued, the name can't be changed. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll help.

For good: a paid course you've bought stays yours even if the teacher stops selling it, and a free one for as long as the teacher keeps it on Notes Academy. Every update and new lesson comes at no extra cost, and your progress and your certificate stay yours.

Two: your phone and your computer, say. To watch on a third, remove one of the others when it asks (you can do that twice a month). Your @username and email drift faintly across uploaded videos, so a recording can always be traced back.

No. Lessons stream on #NotesApp and can't be downloaded, which keeps teachers' work safe from piracy. You can still watch on a bigger screen by casting or connecting your phone, tablet or computer to a TV.

It's usually the internet connection or the browser. Try another browser or connection, and turn off any data saver or ad blocker for #NotesApp. Still stuck? Ask Nana or contact our team.

If a lesson has worksheets, templates or other downloads, the teacher links them in the lesson. Paid extras are in the teacher's shop on Notes Market.

Yes, on a paid course, when the teacher has one. Choose Have a discount code? before you pay and you see what it takes off. If you saved one of the teacher's coupons, Nana applies the best one for you.

A paid course: yes, within 7 days of buying it, as long as you haven't started it (opening a paid lesson counts as starting). Tap get a refund on the course's page; the money goes back the way you paid. A certificate on a free course: ask within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund it; the certificate is then revoked.
