Use the contact form and pick the topic (bookings, payments and refunds, store orders and parcels, advertising, organisations, the gold badge, reporting, partnerships, press, investment or anything else). It goes straight to our admins. For a parcel, include its ID. Nana AI can answer most how-to questions, and can pass you to a person when it cannot.

It's where we announce each release, and where developers, Notes Life players and members swap tips. Don't post payment details, passwords or anything private there; use the contact form for those.
