Your analytics
Analytics, under My account, shows how you're doing in one place.
Overview: what you earned after our fee (from store sales, downloads, sessions, subscriptions, gifts, courses and more), orders paid and how many checkouts were started, your average order, and visits to your profile, site, journals, items and courses, each with the change on the period before. A chart shows each day, and you can switch it between earnings, orders and visits. Selling best lists your top items and Running low the physical items with 3 or fewer left.
Tabs: Sales (where your earnings came from), Orders, Products (views, sold, sales and stock per item), Customers, Visits and Promotion (what your boosts and adverts were seen and clicked).
What each plan sees: every plan sees the last 7 days. Pro adds the last 30 and 90 days, the Customers tab (everyone who has bought from you, how much they've spent and when they last ordered, most valuable first) and Download sales, a spreadsheet of your orders. Business and Enterprise add visits by page and where visitors came from: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, search engines, other websites, or direct.
Organisations: teammates with store access can switch to the organisation's analytics.
How visits are counted: once per visitor per page every 30 minutes (store items and courses once a day), never your own, and only from the day analytics started. Apps such as WhatsApp often hide where a visit came from; add `?utm_source=whatsapp` (or instagram, facebook…) to links you share so those visits are counted right. Customers' details are for running your orders only.
